Childcare services are struggling to attract and retain early childhood education and care professionals to the Isaac region due to low remuneration in the sector, housing affordability, the costs associated with living in remote communities, and access to professional learning and career advancement opportunities.

As part of the This is Our Childcare campaign, the Childcare Leadership Alliance is creating a local rewards system to assist Early Learning employees with everyday costs whilst also allowing them to connect and build relationships with familiar faces in town.

Local businesses can register a voucher or reward for their business and we will distribute these to employees of our Childcare services within the Isaac Region.
