This professional development experience will support educators to build, or strengthen, their knowledge base, and practical skills, to enable them to better support children’s behaviour through building strong relationships.

Key learning outcomes:

• Build or strengthen understanding that educators can support children’s behaviour, and encourage more prosocial behaviours by building strong, trusting relationships with children
• Have a solid understanding of two evidence-informed strategies that work to build strong, supportive relationships with children
• Feel confident to trial the evidence-informed strategies in day-to-day practice
• Have a documented action plan to continue to explore the concepts presented and practice the strategies

6.00pm arrival for 6:30pm start. Event Ends 8pm
